After power failure ReFS volume shown as RAW.
refsutil provided with Windows Server 2022 doesn't support volumes with ReFS version 3.7, which was upgraded automatically.

had the same exact problem today, and yup refsutil still doesnt work on server 2022 refs 3.7
where you able to get a solve on this ? feel like MS REALLY screwed up on this

Same here just today upgrade and one of my ReFS volumes get correctly mounted. I can see the files and folder, but I can't open/copy/read any of it.
Error: 'The file cannot be accessed by the system'.
I tried refsutil to recover my files but it seems that refs was upgraded to v3,7 and refsutil only support 3.5.
Any update on this will be appreciated.

Hi guys ,
i have this problem too , but refsutil works fine on windows 11 for refs 3.7
my iscsi drive formatted in REFS format and its work on windows server 2016 after that i used this iscsi drive in a different server 2022 and works perfectly but tomorrow the drive became raw in both server. after searching about this problem i found refs version updated to 3.7.
i used to connect different windows such as 2016,2019,2022 , windows 11(fully updated windows and latest KB) but i cant read the drive.
do you have any solution for this problem?

Same here, can not use refsutil on a Windows Server 2022 with ReFS 3.7 volumes.
This is urgent. Why release ReFS 3.5 without a proper refsutil?
I got super lucky and was able to divorce a corrupt storage bus cache ssd that failed.... then my drive came fully backonline but it was not fun
Good for you, i moved my SAN from an old Server 2016 to 2022 und now my SAN appears as RAW. Pretty sure something went wrong there, but since there is no refsutil for ReFS 3.7 i stuck with this RAW device. Any ideas?
and here we are again half a year later.... and i have a different refs drive corrupt, and the utility still has not been updated to work with 3.7

copy refsutil.exe from win11,it supported refs 3.7
The refsutil.exe in win11 supported refs 3.7 . You can download a win11 image and copy it from win11 C:\windows\system32
