I’ve been redirected by the support team at Dext.com as today I’m getting a constant bounce back message saying:

@dext.com (@dext.com)

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Dext are telling me it’s not them and is an issue with outlook and to contact them directly. Can anyone help here?

    To resolve the issue of your message being rejected by the recipient's email provider, you can try the following steps:

    1. Verify the Recipient's Email Address: Ensure that the email address you are sending to is correct. A typo or outdated address could lead to rejection.
    2. Check for Block Lists: Your email address might be on the recipient's block list. If possible, contact the recipient through another method to confirm that your email address is not blocked.
    3. Remove Bad Entries from Auto-Complete List: If you have previously sent emails to this recipient, there may be a corrupted entry in your Auto-Complete list. You can clear this by:
      • Starting a new email and typing the recipient's email address in the To field until it appears in the Auto-Complete drop-down list.
      • Selecting the recipient and pressing the Delete key to remove the entry.
    4. Ask the Recipient to Check Forwarding Rules: If the recipient has set up any forwarding rules that might redirect your emails to an incorrect address, they should check and correct these settings.
    5. Contact Your Email Admin: If the problem persists, it may be beneficial to contact your email administrator for further assistance, as they can provide more specific insights into the issue.

    If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to the support team of your email provider for additional help.
