How to estimate efforts in hours with Storyline or Estimate extension from marketplace?

  • I have installed the Extensions (Storyline and Estimate) from Marketplace, however unable to understand how to ask the team to estimate efforts in hours and vote accordingly?
  • Similarly how to use these extensions for estimating how many sub tasks required under User story /Product backlog?
