Effect of Changing a Teams Team Name on SharePoint Links

We are considering changing the name of a Microsoft Teams team. If we change the team name, will the URLs of the folders and files in SharePoint that are associated with the team remain unchanged?

As Q&A Assist mentioned above, I would like to provide a clearer explanation: 

When you rename a Team in Microsoft Teams, the SharePoint site URL does not change.  

This is because the SharePoint site address is created based on the original Team name, and once the site URL is generated, SharePoint does not automatically update it, even if you later rename the Team.

Changing the name of a Microsoft Teams team does not automatically change the URLs of the folders and files in SharePoint that are associated with that team. The URLs will remain unchanged, and any links to those folders and files will still point to the original URLs. However, it is important to note that while the team name may change, the underlying SharePoint structure and its URLs will not be affected by this change.
