English language pack for Microsoft 365 is missing, and all my apps are in Arabic.

I accidentally uninstalled the Microsoft 365 English language pack (Microsoft 365 en-us) in the control panel of my personal laptop, and now the display language of all my apps is in Arabic. I need help reinstalling the English language pack. I was able to download the english file but I cannot install it.

To uninstall office usage Troubleshoot:

Press Uninstall

To uninstall Office, please follow the steps in the uninstall manual.

Once the download is complete, disconnect from the network> Right-click> Select "Mount" > Open File Explorer > "My Computer" > Select the Office icon > Right-click > "Open" > Open the Office folder > Locate the setup64.exe file.
