Hello

A coworker uses 4 company emails, I added 3 of them to his new laptop without any problems, but when I add another one, the 4th one, I get a Microsoft Exchange Error, it says that it cannot connect to the server and therefore I cannot open the emails and messages when I want to view them. I tried creating a new profile in Outlook, but that didn't help either. Also, when I delete this email from Outlook and the system in general, it doesn't ask for a password when I add it again. Maybe you have had a similar problem and can help me.)

    Hi @Giorgi Bebiashvili

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you're experiencing issues accessing email in Classic Outlook, and it seems that the 4th mailbox is not connecting properly.

To clarify the your issue, could you confirm whether all four company email accounts are managed and hosted under the same tenant?

If they are, please check whether the login credentials for the 4th mailbox are different from the other three. You can also try signing in to the 4th company email through webmail to verify that it is functioning normally.

In the meantime, you could try to ask your colleague to contact the IT administrator who manages the 4th email account to check for any misconfigurations or incorrect settings that might prevent the mailbox from functioning properly and connecting to the server.

I will be waiting for your response. If you need further assistance, please  let us know.

The issue you're experiencing with the Microsoft Exchange error in Outlook when trying to add the fourth email account could be caused by several factors. Here are a few potential resolutions:

    1. Check for Duplicate Credentials: If the email address and password of the fourth account are the same as another account already configured in Outlook, it may cause conflicts. Ensure that the credentials for the fourth account are unique.
    2. Create a New Alias: If the fourth account uses the same email address as a third-party provider, you might need to create a new alias for the user in Microsoft 365. This can help resolve conflicts during the setup process. You can do this by signing into the Exchange admin center and adding a new alias that uses the .onmicrosoft.com domain.
    3. Network Connection: Ensure that the laptop is connected to the internet and that there are no network issues preventing Outlook from connecting to the Exchange server.
    4. Profile Configuration: Since you've already tried creating a new profile, ensure that the new profile is set up correctly, and all necessary settings are configured for the Exchange account.
    5. RPC Encryption Requirement: Make sure that your Outlook profile is set to use RPC encryption. This is often required for connecting to Exchange servers. You can check this in the profile settings under the Security tab.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult with your IT department or Microsoft support for further assistance.
