    Microsoft applies these restrictions automatically when rules are broken. They cannot manually remove them.

    Just follow the rules and wait for the restriction to end.

    Restrictions expire automatically after the set time. Avoid actions that trigger the restriction again.

    The restriction cannot be removed manually. Focus on normal account use to prevent it from happening in the future.
