    Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing with the Microsoft 365 licence, please provide a screenshot of any error you may be seeing and please hide any personal information that may appear in the screenshot.

    Also did you purchase that Microsoft 365 subscription from a 3rd party retailer or direct from Microsoft.
