I have been ghosted by the EscalationTeam numerous times and need to contact Customer Service Management immediately.

Does anyone know to get through to them?

    Hi, Jonathan Wind

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Since your account is a personal account, your request will be handled by Microsoft Support for personal subscription (Contact Us).

Since you've created a request earlier, chances are that your case is being taken care of. In case you need further update on your situation, you can create a new support ticket and provide them with your case ID, they will give you more information on the progress of your request. (I'll give you this link to Microsoft Support for your convenience).

The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you. *

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.

    Dear Jonathan Wind,

Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and for the insufficient support received from the Escalation Team. I understand how frustrating this experience must be for you.

From my understanding, you have already raised a support ticket; however, no progress has been made so far. To better assist you, could you please share the ticket number with me via private message? I will be happy to check the status of the ticket and follow up on your behalf.

To reach a corporate customer service manager at Microsoft, you may want to follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support Directly: Use the official Microsoft support page to find the appropriate contact numbers for customer service. You can start by visiting the customer service phone numbers page to get the right hotline for your region.
    2. Escalation Process: If you have already attempted to contact the Escalation Team without success, you can try to escalate your issue further by clearly stating your previous attempts and the urgency of your situation when you contact customer service.
    3. Use the Right Channels: Make sure you are using the correct channels for business-related inquiries. If you are a business user, indicate that when you call or reach out for support.
    4. Trial Tenant Workaround: If you are unable to reach a support agent, you could create a trial Microsoft 365 tenant. This will allow you to access the Admin Center and submit a support ticket directly from there.
    5. Follow Up: After submitting a ticket, ensure to follow up on it regularly to keep your request active and to show the urgency of your need for assistance.

These steps should help you in getting in touch with a customer service manager or escalate your issue effectively.
