It seems that you are experiencing issues accessing your Microsoft 365 account, which you renewed through Apple. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Confirm Account Credentials: Ensure that you are using the correct email address and password associated with your Microsoft 365 account. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are signing in with the one that has the active subscription.
    2. Check Subscription Status: Verify that your subscription is still active and has not expired. You can check this by logging into your account on the Microsoft website.
    3. Reset Password: If you suspect that you might be using the wrong password, consider resetting it using the security information associated with your account.
    4. Contact Support: If you are still unable to access your account, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you with account recovery or any issues related to your subscription.
    5. Check for Account Lock: If your account has been inactive for a while, it might be blocked. You can check for any notifications regarding this when you attempt to sign in.

If none of these steps resolve your issue, reaching out to Microsoft support would be the best course of action.

Hello Edward Slomer, thanks for posting this in the community.

Kindly please identify the correct Microsoft account first. Open a browser and go to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Sign in using each email address you may have used, including any Gmail address, Outlook or Hotmail address, or Apple “Hide My Email” address. Look for the account that shows an active Microsoft subscription with a renewal date of July 11. The account that displays the active subscription is the only one that will provide access.

Next, confirm the Apple subscription status on your device. Go to Settings, tap your Apple ID, then select Subscriptions. Make sure the Microsoft subscription is listed as active and that the renewal date matches July 11. Also verify that the Apple ID shown there is the same Apple ID currently signed into the device. If a different Apple ID is in use, the subscription entitlement may not sync correctly.

If everything looks correct but access is still missing, try restoring the purchase from the Microsoft app. Open one of the affected apps such as Word, Excel, or Outlook, sign out completely, then close the app. Reopen it and choose Restore Purchases or Sign in, and make sure you sign in using the Microsoft account that shows the active subscription. This process forces Apple and Microsoft to resynchronize the entitlement.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
