According to this issue, if this is Outlook's issue - your email might work normally via Outlook on the Web (https://outlook.office.com/). Please check on your Outlook Web to see if you received any emails regarding your ticket with Microsoft Support Team. You should be able to contact/reply it to ask for a callback.
As this is peer-to-peer support forum, I do not have access to ticket system to check on this and request a callback for you.
If your Outlook is having issue that it does not work well, please consider checking on this section: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot-outlook-for-windows-issues-241bb0fc-b201-4bb2-98d3-74750a27029e#id0ebbf=classic_outlook - Creating a new Outlook profile is recommended at this step.
