How to find my Microsoft Certification

I took some Microsoft Certification/Exam back in 2022 but I can't remember what account did I used for it. But somehow the Microsoft Certification ID and notification was send to my personal email. I tried to use this email and login to Microsoft there is nothing there. Could anyone help me find my Certificate THANK YOU!
