Retrieval of Hotmail account

Hi,my Hotmail account was hacked..finding it very difficult to get it back..have filled online forms.even got an email from Microsoft saying yes you can get back in now..but still blocked..is there any way I can chat with a support agent at all to get clear instructions

Hi1 Sorry to hear about this situation. If your account is currently blocked, then you need to do this form first to unblock it:
https://www.microsoft.com/digitalsafety/account-reinstatement

Once you get confirmation about the account being unblocked, you can use the recovery link you already have.
