You indicate you have McAfee installed, if so, that should take over the security of your PC from Windows security and disable many of the Windows Security features.

If you have McAfee installed, open McAfee, these are the steps McAfee provide to add an exclusion to their security app.

Otherwise, in Windows, open the Settings app.

Go to Windows Security - Virus & threat protection, click Manage settings under Virus & threat protection setting.

Scroll down to Exclusions, click 'Add or Remove Exclusions.

To find the Exclusions in Windows 11 Pro for Microsoft Defender Antivirus, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Windows Security app by searching for Security in the start menu and selecting Windows Security.
    2. Click on the Virus & threat protection tile (or the shield icon on the left menu bar).
    3. Under Virus & threat protection settings, look for Manage settings.
    4. Scroll down to Exclusions and select Add or remove exclusions.
    5. Here, you can add exclusions for files, folders, file types, or processes that you want Microsoft Defender Antivirus to skip.

If you are using McAfee and are unable to find the exclusion settings, you may need to check the McAfee interface for options related to exclusions or settings. Typically, this can be found under the security settings or antivirus settings within the McAfee application.

If Windows Defender is blocking files necessary for your installation of Anypoint Studio, you can add those specific files (like javaw.exe and .ini files) to the exclusions list as described above.
