How can I automatically forward emails from my hotmail account to my outlook account?

I just want to automatically transfer emails from my hotmail account to my outlook account. I have tried to do it online but the process is not clear. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help. I am able to check enable forwarding but I don't see a save option at the bottom of the page. I sent an email to that hotmail account and it wasn't forwarded to outlook.

The most reliable way is through the web browser settings so the server handles the forwarding even when you are offline.

Log into your Hotmail account at outlook.com using a web browser. Click the gear icon at the top right to open Settings. Select Mail, then click on Forwarding. Check the box that says Enable forwarding, type in your target Outlook email address, and verify if you want to keep a copy of forwarded messages in the original inbox. Click Save at the bottom to finish.
