    Hi Tyler Davis,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that your Microsoft account is still restricted by Family Safety settings and this is affecting access on Windows 11 and Xbox.

Before proceeding, please make sure you have already tried the suggestions provided by Q&A Assist. In addition, please try to follow these steps:

1, Go to https://family.microsoft.com and sign in using your Microsoft account.

2, Check whether your account is still listed as a child under an existing family group.

    • If yes, identify the family organizer account shown at the top of the family group.

3, Ask the family organizer to remove your account from the family group:

4, After removal, sign out of all devices (Windows PC and Xbox), then restart your devices.

5, Sign back in using the same Microsoft account and verify access to restricted features.

6, If the family organizer account is no longer accessible, update your account age:

If you are 25 years old and are still subject to Microsoft family safety settings, it may be due to the way your Microsoft account is configured within a family group. To access certain features on your computer and Xbox, you may need to ask the family group organizer (usually a parent or guardian) to adjust the settings or remove you from the family group.

You can also check your account settings on the Microsoft Family Safety page to see if there are options available for you to manage your own permissions. If you believe that the restrictions are not appropriate for your age, discussing this with the family organizer might be necessary to gain the access you need.
