Hi Tyler Davis,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that your Microsoft account is still restricted by Family Safety settings and this is affecting access on Windows 11 and Xbox.
Before proceeding, please make sure you have already tried the suggestions provided by Q&A Assist. In addition, please try to follow these steps:
1, Go to https://family.microsoft.com and sign in using your Microsoft account.
2, Check whether your account is still listed as a child under an existing family group.
- If yes, identify the family organizer account shown at the top of the family group.
3, Ask the family organizer to remove your account from the family group:
- The organizer signs in at https://family.microsoft.com
- Select your account
- Select Remove from family group
4, After removal, sign out of all devices (Windows PC and Xbox), then restart your devices.
5, Sign back in using the same Microsoft account and verify access to restricted features.
6, If the family organizer account is no longer accessible, update your account age:
- Visit https://account.microsoft.com
- Go to Your info
- Confirm that your birth date reflects your correct age
