Not receiving emails outside my organization

Around 1:15 PM I stopped receiving emails from outside my organization. I tested this out by sending an email from a personal email and nothing ever came up as well as through a system we use to email parents where I receive a copy of everything that was sent out and that copy never came through. I am able to send emails within the organization as well as receive.
