"Add an email account" option does not appear in the settings for Outlook.live

Hi,

I have a office 365 account and have been using outlook desktop for my company email.

I now want to switch to outlook live but when I try to add my email in the settings I only see the @outlook.com email and there is no option to add my company email. Is it not possible to add an email account to outlook live? thanksoutlook live

    Hi,

    Outlook Live is only available for Microsoft email accounts (such as @outlook.com, @live.com, @hotmail.com, or @msn.com). It does not currently support adding other email accounts.

    If you sign in using the email address on your Microsoft account on Outlook Live. It will direct you to a temporarily assigned Outlook account for that Microsoft account or Office 365 account, which is shown in your screenshot.
