I have attached the client’s order number below.

Order number: [Moderator's note: personal information removed]

My client is unable to access the Outlook account. Could you please check this issue and let us know the cause?

Additionally, could you guide us on how we can access the admin portal?

    Hi,

My client is using a business account and is facing an EStack Error: 500. I’ve attached the screenshot for reference.WhatsApp Image 2026-01-22 at 12.53.31.jpeg

The issue is that when trying to log in to the admin panel, it asks for a verification code sent to an email address, phone number, and password. However, the client does not have access to any of these three options.

Recently he didn't receive any emails. could you please help me?
