My account doesn't exist in website and in windows it says the "Oops, something went wrong" message

Hello, I have an account with a game that i purchased, but one day i entered the game and asked me to sign in and it said to continue we need to verify by sending a code to "an email that ends with @biosysml.ru" and i chose to sign in by my password but this message " oops, something went wrong there is a problem with your microsoft account. to fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.

And now i can't play any game or use this account and if i write the email address(mine) in account.live.com or any other place to sign in by microsoft account in websites it says "This email address(or microsoft account) doesn't exist. and i chose to sign in by my password but this message " oops, something went wrong there is a problem with your microsoft account. to fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.

So I made a new account with the same address and I signed in in microsoft store but the game is not in the library, I think it's because someone changed my address to the email that ends with @biosysml.ru
