Hello, I have an account with a game that i purchased, but one day i entered the game and asked me to sign in and it said to continue we need to verify by sending a code to "an email that ends with @biosysml.ru" and i chose to sign in by my password but this message " oops, something went wrong there is a problem with your microsoft account. to fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.

And now i can't play any game or use this account and if i write the email address(mine) in account.live.com or any other place to sign in by microsoft account in websites it says "This email address(or microsoft account) doesn't exist. and i chose to sign in by my password but this message " oops, something went wrong there is a problem with your microsoft account. to fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.

And now i can't play any game or use this account and if i write the email address(mine) in account.live.com or any other place to sign in by microsoft account in websites it says "This email address(or microsoft account) doesn't exist.

So I made a new account with the same address and I signed in in microsoft store but the game is not in the library, I think it's because someone changed my address to the email that ends with @biosysml.ru

How can i recover my account or purchases

It sounds like you're experiencing a serious issue with your Microsoft account, especially if it appears that someone may have changed your email address. Here are some steps you can take to try to recover your account:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Since you mentioned that your account seems to not exist, try using the Microsoft account recovery form to see if you can regain access. You can provide any information you remember about the account, including previous passwords and any linked services.
    2. Check for Hacked Account Recovery: If you suspect your account has been hacked, follow the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide for recovering a hacked or compromised account. This guide provides steps to verify your identity and regain access.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. They may be able to assist you further in verifying your identity and recovering your account.
    4. Provide Proof of Ownership: When contacting support, be ready to provide proof of ownership, such as purchase information for the game, old passwords, or any other relevant details that can help verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
    5. Monitor for Updates: Keep an eye on your email (including any recovery emails) for updates from Microsoft regarding your account recovery attempts.

Unfortunately, if the email address has been changed and you cannot access the recovery options, it may be challenging to regain access without support from Microsoft.
