MD-102 refund for reschudle
Hello,
I am contacting Microsoft Certification Support regarding my MD-102 exam
scheduled on January 23rd at 12:45 AM CET.
I am based in France (Central European Time).
Unfortunately, due to the mixed display of date (French format) and time (AM/PM),
I misunderstood the exam time and attempted to access the session later the same day.
I contacted Pearson VUE support, but they advised that only Microsoft can authorize
an exception or voucher replacement.
This was not an absence by intent, but a genuine time format misunderstanding.
I respectfully request your review and kindly ask if a one-time exception,
voucher replacement, or exam reschedule could be considered.
