How do I install the new Outlook on my pc when I already have all the 365 apps?

Question

After using all the apps provided by Microsoft365, Classic Outlook froze and crashed without explanation. I reinstalled Microsoft 365 and same thing happened. I ran quick repair with same result. Tried online repair with same result. Then I tried switching from Classic Outlook to New Outlook and could not install. This has been going for the past few hours.

I get the following error on attempting to install the New Outlook:
