    Hi Kumoro Sasdiyatmoko

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand how frustrating it is when you can't complete the human verification to create email accounts for your family.

I can see there’s a Q&A Assist reply under your post. To avoid repeating it, could you tell me whether you’ve tried those steps yet, and what happens when you try?

In the meantime, here are a few things that you can check:

    1. The "creating multiple accounts" issue

Creating 4 accounts in a short time period may trigger Microsoft's anti-spam protection. Please try:

    • Wait 24-48 hours between creating each account
    • Create them from different devices or networks if possible
    • Use different phone numbers for verification (each account needs unique verification)

    2. Try creating account via mobile app

    • Download Microsoft Outlook app on your phone
    • Try creating account through the app instead of browser
    • Sometimes this verification works better on a phone/tablet than on a PC browser

For more details, you can see: How to create a new Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

I truly hope this helps! Thanks again for your understanding and please feel free to reach back if you need further assistance.

If you're having trouble passing the human verification step while creating email accounts, here are a few suggestions:

    1. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can resolve temporary glitches.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help eliminate any stored data that might be causing issues.
    3. Try a Different Browser: Switching to another web browser may bypass any compatibility issues with the current one.
    4. Disable Extensions: Browser extensions, especially ad blockers, can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling them temporarily.
    5. Use InPrivate/Incognito Mode: This mode can help avoid issues related to cached data and cookies.
    6. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and not causing interruptions during the verification process.
    7. Wait and Retry: If the verification system is experiencing high traffic, it may be beneficial to wait a bit and try again later.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
