    Hello !

Microsoft 365 Family recently increased in price following the integration of Copilot AI features into the Office suite.
If you do not use these features, you can always revert to the “Classic” version by following this tutorial : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/switching-to-microsoft-365-personal-and-family-classic-plans-58342e83-38e7-4cda-b63b-88604a8fb7ef
You'll go back to the Classic version of Microsoft 365 Family, which does not include the AI features.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

The increase in your Microsoft 365 subscription price from $99.99 to $129.99 per year could be due to several factors, including recent changes in subscription plans or the introduction of new features, such as the Copilot features that have been added in certain regions. These changes can lead to an increase in the overall cost of the subscription. If you believe this increase is incorrect or if you did not authorize any changes, it is advisable to contact Microsoft support for clarification and assistance regarding your billing issue.
