Hi there,

So, my original microsoft account got stolen that had the email address

******@gmail.com@gmail.com and now it is ******@outlook.com and an email that ends in @gmail.com and starts with t is related to it. I have gone to the account recovery form like 10 times but no. A credit card I used, my location and my old password are apparently not enough to prove my ownership. Is there anyway I could prove it? Because if someone from the stuff sees this I can talk to him directly to prove it. I will say everything about the account's creation date, original device, purchases, my old passwords and video game information. I don't know what else to do. It seems your automated system doesn't trust rightful owners.

If your Microsoft account has been compromised and the recovery form is not working, unfortunately, there are limited options available since the automated recovery system is designed for security reasons. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Use the Account Recovery Form: Continue to attempt the account recovery form, ensuring you provide as much accurate information as possible. This includes:
      • Old passwords
      • Credit card information used for purchases
      • Details about the account creation date and the original device used to create the account.
      • Any other relevant information that can help prove your ownership.
    2. Wait for Lockout Period: If you have reached the daily limit for submissions, you may need to wait for a cooldown period (usually about 24 hours) before trying again.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: While the Microsoft Q&A forum cannot directly assist with account recovery, you can try to contact Microsoft Support through their official support channels. You may need to create a new account if you do not have access to any existing accounts to reach out for help.
    4. Reach Out to Related Services: If your account is linked to other services (like Epic Games), consider reaching out to their support as well, as they may have additional options for verifying your identity.

Unfortunately, if the automated system does not recognize your information as valid, it may be challenging to regain access without direct intervention from Microsoft Support.
