    This email is likely just phishing scam. There has been many of those going around lately.

    What email address is it from? Is it from an address ending with microsoft.com?

    Does it ask you to call any number, or click on any link? Right click on the link and choose copy link address, feel free to paste it here so i can help you review it. if it is taking you to a non microsoft.com domain, it is 100% phishing scam.
