Hi I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
You probably have the OneDrive backup feature enabled on both comptuers with the same Microsoft Account, this will cause this Desktop icon synchronization.

Disable the OneDrive Backup feature to stop this, this procedure can be done on one of the computers of both:
Right-click the OneDrive icon in the right side of the taskbar > Settings > Sync and backup > Manage backup > Turn off the folder options you want to disable the backup.

Turning off this option will make some files and icons hide from Desktop and the other folders you disable, they are on the OneDrive folder, you can move them from there to the local user folder.

Microsoft wants you to use the Start Menu to pin your apps, but I still like having app icons on my desktop.
