I tried to book the PL-900 exam via https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/schedule-through-pearson-vue?examUid=exam.PL-900&examUrl=https%3A%2F%2Flearn.microsoft.com%2Fcredentials%2Fcertifications but the booking does not appear in my profile. I also contacted the exam vendor, and they cannot see the booking either.

During the booking process, it showed the date and time as booked, but it seems it didn’t actually register.

This isn’t the first time this has happene. My previous attempt to reschedule the same exam also did not update in the system.

Could anyone advise on how to identify the cause of this issue or how to resolve it?

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the registration process for the PL-900 exam. Here are a few steps you can take to help identify and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Check Your Learn Profile: Make sure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft Learn profile where you attempted to schedule the exam. Sometimes, bookings may not appear if you are logged into a different account.
    2. Contact Pearson VUE Support: Since you mentioned that the exam vendor could not see the booking, it may be beneficial to reach out to Pearson VUE customer service directly for assistance. They can provide insights into whether the booking was processed correctly.
    3. Review Booking Confirmation: If you received any confirmation emails or messages during the booking process, check those for any details or errors that might indicate what went wrong.
    4. Retry the Booking: If the issue persists, consider attempting to book the exam again. Ensure that all information entered is accurate, and follow the steps carefully to avoid any errors.
    5. System Requirements Check: If you are booking an online exam, ensure that your system meets the requirements for online proctored exams, as issues with system compatibility can sometimes affect the booking process.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, you may want to post your question on the Microsoft support forums for further assistance from the community or Microsoft support staff.
