Paid twice for Microsoft 365 but did not get it on my computer.

I have documentation from my bank that I paid 107.99 twice for Microsoft 365 personal. Under My Account on Microsoft login, it says one of the payments was decline (which it was not). Not only do I need to get a refund for one of the payments, I also need Microsoft 365 on my computer, including the 1T of storage. I'm getting emails threatening to delete my files. I am frustrated beyond belief because there seems to be no way to speak to a real live person. No "help' or 'support' AI has been able to resolve this.

To address the issue of being charged twice for Microsoft 365 and not receiving the service, you should contact Microsoft Support directly. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support Page: Go to the Microsoft Support Contact Us page.
    2. Sign In: Make sure to sign in with your Microsoft Account.
    3. Select Product: Choose Microsoft 365 from the list of products.
    4. Get Home Support: Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Contact Support: Click on the "Contact Support" tab, then select "Billing and Payment updates" to get assistance with the double charge and the service activation.
    6. Chat with an Agent: You can choose to chat with a support agent in your web browser for immediate assistance.

Since you have documentation from your bank regarding the payments, it will be helpful to have that information ready when you contact support. They will be able to assist you with the refund process and ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is activated properly.
