Can someone tell me how to get in touch with someone at MS Support

It has been over two weeks since MS Support ticket 2601080040010670 was opened and as yet no one has reached out to me concerning this critical issue. This is a billing problem with a technical cause that needs to be addressed immediately. My client will not be paying their invoices (now 2 months) until this is resolved. Can anyone reach out to MS support in order to get a response and have the client bill fixed?

    For billing and subscription issues, the fastest way to get direct assistance is to contact Microsoft Support through the Azure Portal:

    Sign in to the Azure Portal

    Go to Help + Support

    Select Create a support request

    Choose Billing as the issue type and reference your existing ticket number

    You can also use the Microsoft Support page to request a call-back or chat with an agent.

    Note: Community moderators do not have access to support tickets or billing accounts, but submitting or updating the request through the portal will route it to the appropriate billing team.
