Sign in to the Azure Portal
Go to Help + Support
Select Create a support request
Choose Billing as the issue type and reference your existing ticket number
You can also use the Microsoft Support page to request a call-back or chat with an agent.
Note: Community moderators do not have access to support tickets or billing accounts, but submitting or updating the request through the portal will route it to the appropriate billing team.
