My Microsoft account has been compromised. An unauthorized party changed both my password and the email address to ******@astrophomail.ru, which has completely locked me out of my account.

I no longer have access to my OneDrive, which contains sensitive and important personal files. I have attempted the standard account recovery and self-help options, but none have been successful.

I am unable to find a direct support email or a way to speak with a Microsoft representative regarding a hacked account, which is why I am reaching out this way.

I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated recovery options like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
