Can I talk to a member of the enforcement team

Question

Been trying to talk about my account that was wrongfully banned for no reason I still had heaps of warnings left but to be told I modified my console in some sort of way is not normal the only thing I have ever done to my console was plug in a hard drive for storage and a charger so if that’s classed as modifying my console then that’s not right and on top of that probably people spam reporting me because they can’t handle losing one so if there is any member of the enforcement team i can talk to it would really be helpful as I’ve had the account since I was a kid and spent a ton of money on it too
