Where can I find my product key? It's not in the payment receipt. I paid via Paypal, is this the problem?

I've paid for Microsoft 365 Family (back in May 2025) but I can't see the product key anywhere. I have the confirmation email showing receipt of payment but I can't see any email with the product key. I paid via Paypal would this hide some of the data. I've check in my Paypal account and the transaction there doesn't show a product key. Can you please advise how to obtain the product key?

When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

Do you find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there.

I updated my subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal. I cannot enroll and I do not see the payment I made although you sent me a note that you received the $99.00
