Hi I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
When you try to open PDF files, do they open on another application? If that is the case, right click the PDF file > Properties > Change... > and select and Adobe Acrobat.

    K. Tipple,

You did not say what device you are using, and why you can't view PDFs in Adobe Reader. How are you trying to open the PDF? What happens when you try? Have you tired opening Adobe Reader first, then open the PDF? Is some other program opening instead of Adobe Reader? Without more information, one can only guess what the solution to your problem is.

If you are unable to view PDF files with Adobe Reader while using Microsoft 365, it may be due to several factors. One possible reason is that PDF viewing in Microsoft 365 for the web is being deprecated, and this could affect how PDFs are handled in your environment. Additionally, if you are trying to open PDFs in Microsoft Word, it's important to note that PDF is not the native format of Word, and opening PDFs in Word may not provide accurate results. For the best viewing experience, it is recommended to open PDF files directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of through Microsoft 365 applications.

If the issue persists, consider checking your Adobe Reader installation or any recent updates that might have affected its functionality.
