I receive emails daily that I block ALL the time from @shcms.org.

Why can't YOU BLOCK THEM ONCE AND FOR ALL. THEY JUST CHANGE THE NAME AT THE FRONT OF THIS. IT IS ANNOYING AS HELL. I AM THINKING OF NOT USING OUTLOOK ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS. GET IT TOGETHER MICROSOFT/OUTLOOK.

It sounds like you're experiencing frustration with blocking emails from the same domain in Outlook. When you block an email address, it typically only blocks that specific address. If the sender changes the name at the front of the email address but keeps the domain the same (e.g., from ******@shcms.org to ******@shcms.org), you would need to block each new address individually unless you use a wildcard entry.

To effectively block all emails from a specific domain, you can use the Tenant Allow/Block List feature in Microsoft Defender. By creating a block entry for the entire domain (e.g., *.shcms.org), you can prevent emails from any address within that domain from reaching your inbox. This way, you won't have to block each email address manually.

If you haven't set this up yet, you can follow the instructions in the Microsoft Defender portal to add a block entry for the domain. This should help alleviate the issue you're facing with unwanted emails from that organization.

You should be able to add "shcms.org" (without the quotes) to your Blocked Sender list. The all messages from any sender in that domain will be delivered to the Junk Email folder.
