Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Windows and Microsoft 365 (Office) are different Microsoft services. Windows is an operating system, whereas Office apps (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are applications that run on Windows. If you need to edit documents or spreadsheets, you’ll still need an active Microsoft 365 subscription. If you no longer need these apps, you can cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription; otherwise, you can renew it and continue using it on Windows.
In the meantime, use the PC Health Check app on your Windows 10 computer to see whether your device is capable of running Windows 11 and is compatible with the upgrade:

For PCs that are not supported for Windows 11, you can register for Extended Security Updates (ESU). Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 in October of last year and offered one year of free security updates for users still running Windows 10. Make sure you register your Microsoft account for ESU updates so you continue receiving security updates on your Windows 10 device.
If your device is compatible with the Windows 11 upgrade, you can upgrade it to receive all the latest Windows and security updates.
