I have been charged for a product that I have not activated, and do not have.

A subscription for Microsoft PC Game Pass 1 has been charged to my account overnight of $24.55 and I have not subscriped to this.

There is no invoice in my account, and I have definitely not activated one as I do not game. Please reverse immediately.

I am unable to ge any help through the Support Line, and the bot is not helpful for this either.

    Greetings!

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. It seems like you've been charged for subscription that you did not enrolled. You may check the link below on how to request a refund:

In case it didn't help, you will be needing to reach the MS Accounts & Billing Support to check your account.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Ensure that your MS Account has been signed in

Type "Chat with an agent" and hit Enter.

    Please click the "Contact support"

Please select the "Products and services"

Please follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

You may also choose the "Call me back" option if you prefer to receive a call.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

There is no subscription in the admin section for this product.

There is no invoice in the billing centre to request a refund.

The support desk help line (eg: phone) will not take the call and I get redirected to an xbox help desk - I do not have an xbox of and account.

If you have been charged for a Microsoft PC Game Pass subscription that you did not activate, it is important to address this issue promptly. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Account: Log into your Microsoft account to review your subscriptions and payment history. This can help confirm if there is indeed a subscription that you are unaware of.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you mentioned difficulty with the support line and the bot, consider reaching out through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center if you have admin access. You can submit a support ticket for billing issues directly through the support options available there.
    3. Billing Inquiry: If you are unable to resolve the issue through the standard support channels, you may need to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. They can assist with reversing unauthorized charges and provide further details about the charge.
    4. Cancellation and Refund: If you find that the charge is indeed incorrect, follow the steps provided by Microsoft to cancel any unwanted subscriptions and request a refund.

Unfortunately, I cannot access your account details or make changes on your behalf, so contacting Microsoft directly is the best course of action.
