I did an upgrade on my Microsoft 365 account from personal to family. Money was deducted but i still don't have the family pack nor can i find any transaction history on my Microsoft account.

What can I do

If you purchased it through an Apple app store, it is possible that you used an Apple ID that ends with @icloud.com.
