I resigned from Microsoft, I would like my certifications on my personal profile

Good day,

I worked for Microsoft the last 16 years. I recently resigned to join a partner. When I resigned, all my training associated with the Microsoft.com email address disappeared. I would like that certification back or loaded onto my personal profile.

Unfortunately, I cannot log into my Microsoft.com account anymore as I have already left the company. Can anyone please assist with how to fix this as Microsoft Support is not available to Learners at Microsoft Learning.

Unfortunately, if you have lost access to your Microsoft.com account after resigning from Microsoft, you will not be able to recover your certifications or training associated with that account. Microsoft Credentials Support cannot assist with the recovery of work or school accounts, and you will need to work with your workplace or school IT administrator for account access issues. It is recommended to add a personal Microsoft account to your Learn profile in the future to ensure continued access to your profile regardless of employment status.
