Can't Login to my Personal Account

Azure.com has locked me out entirely because my personal tenant has expired. Which is fine, I don't need the old tenant, but there is no way for me to delete it or reactivate it so I can use Azure again.

There is no other way for me to get support on this, since I can't log a ticket until I log in. :(

And this Azure account is NOT associated with my work. Every single thing around the Azure login seems to be geared towards work accounts.
