I have downloaded windows 11 but each time that I try and after completing the download it reverts to windows 10. I am also receiving a message on my updates page which is highlighted in red that says ( Your device is missing important security and quality fixes) and which I can do nothing with even when I click update. I just receive the message that my computer is updated but the message remains. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Phillip,

It appears that the Windows 11 upgrade encountered a fatal error and hence rolled back to original settings.

Please share your setup logs to help me determine why the setup failed.

    • Open the C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\ folder.
    • Select the two folders, Panther and Rollback (if present).
    • Copy the two folders to the desktop.
    • Delete the GenuineTicket.xml file, if exists, in the Panther folder.
    • Zip the two folders and upload the zip file to OneDrive or GoFile.io and share the link here.

Note: C:\$WINDOWS.~BT is a hidden folder. To access it, press Win + R, type C:\$WINDOWS.~BT and click OK.
