    Dear @Achieve Psychological,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

My understanding is that you are asking for information on how to contact Microsoft Support because you are experiencing an issue with Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and need to reset it. If I misunderstand your point, please correct me so I can support you effectively.

Here are some suggestions you can follow to contact Microsoft Support team:

If you are user, you can contact your IT team at your organization and ask them to follow this article: LINK to reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA), allowing you to re-register Microsoft Authenticator.

And if you're unsure who your Global Admin is, this guide may help How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

If you are an Admin, use this link to find the appropriate contact number: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

In case you cannot create support ticket during the call, and completely locked out of tenant, you can Create a Temporary Tenant to Submit a Support Ticket:

    1. Visit Office 365 E3 - Enterprise Collaboration and Productivity | Microsoft
    2. Select any plan and click Try for free.
    3. Complete the setup to create a new tenant.
    4. Ticket support: In the Microsoft 365 admin center>support>help & support. You can create a support ticket: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests

Important: Please remember to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any charges.

I hope information above meet your expectation, if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
