Azure Database for PostgreSQL in SouthEast Asia Location Unavailable

Our production Azure PostgreSQL is completely down with no ETA on when it will be up. When I check Azure Health Status it doesn't show any health alerts there. It seems to be only our PostgreSQL server.

What is the issue and how do I get the ETA for fixing this?
