Our production Azure PostgreSQL is completely down with no ETA on when it will be up. When I check Azure Health Status it doesn't show any health alerts there. It seems to be only our PostgreSQL server.

PostGres Unavailable

What is the issue and how do I get the ETA for fixing this?

    Hello Vedha

Hey there! It sounds like you're facing a tough situation with your Azure PostgreSQL server being down. It can be really frustrating, especially when there's no clear ETA on when it will be back up. From the information you've shared, it seems like this might be related to a resource health event affecting your server.

    Here’s what you can do:

Check Resource Health: Keep an eye on the Azure portal under the "Resource Health" section of your PostgreSQL server. Sometimes, there may be updates or more specific information regarding the downtime.

Verify Availability Zone Configuration: Since you've indicated that there's no health alert but your server is down, it’s a good idea to check if your availability zone configuration is correct:

Navigate to your PostgreSQL flexible server settings in the Azure portal.

Look under "High Availability" and ensure the settings align with what's supported in your region.

I kindly request you to please share the details requested in the private message for further troubleshooting.
