Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with the account or login-related issues.

I suggest resetting the password, choosing the "I don't have any of these" option, and continuing with the form.

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

    • Go to the Microsoft account recovery page: https://account.live.com/password/reset
    • Select "I forgot my password", then click Next.
    • Enter the email address or phone number linked to your Microsoft account and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • If you don’t have access to any of the recovery options listed, click on “I don’t have any of these” and fill out the form as accurately as possible. Microsoft uses that information to verify your identity.

If issue still persists, have you had a chance to try the Microsoft Account Recovery form yet?

Microsoft Account Recovery form https://account.live.com/acsr currently the only official way to recover your account. It lets you prove your identity by answering questions about your account. You can try it up to twice a day:

To recover your email account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Use the Official Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr. Start by selecting "I forgot my password," then enter your email address and follow the prompts.
    2. Check Your Security Info: If you can sign in briefly, review your security information on the Microsoft Account Security page. Ensure that your registered mobile number is correct and up-to-date.
    3. Alternative Recovery Options: If your mobile number is not working, try using any other recovery options available, like an alternate email address or security questions. If you don’t have access to any recovery methods, select "I don’t have any of these" when prompted.
    4. Wait for Lockout Period: If you have attempted too many sign-in attempts, your account might be temporarily locked. Wait for about 24 hours before trying again, as further attempts can reset the cooldown period.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are still unable to recover your account, you can try to contact Microsoft Support. You can sign in with any account to reach out to them, or create a new account if necessary. Use the contact support option and explain your situation in detail.

These steps should help you regain access to your account.
