1. What type of Teams are you using?
- Microsoft Teams Free (personal account - @outlook.com, @hotmail.com)
- Teams for work/business (company/organization email)
- Teams for education (school/university email)
2. What happens for the two affected email accounts?
For example:
- Do you get any error message? (if yes, what does it say?)
- Does the invitation appear to send but they never receive it even in Junk/Spam)?
- Does Teams say they're not allowed to join?
