My TEAMS was working very well until few weeks ago in term of sending and receiving invitations to other accounts. Since few weeks ago, I have noticed that Teams doesn't send invitations two of my email accounts, while it works very well with other email accounts I have.

Could you please help to solve this issue? thank you

I have tried to contact a support agent but without success. Because it is a Microsoft home subscription (non business) there is no assistance!

Also, it is not easy to navigate in the microsoft website; I don't know if this is just my opinion or also other customers have experienced that.

As of today, I still don't know how my Teams can work again how it used to be until one month ago. I would be very happy if someone could solve my issue.

    Thank you

Therefore, if the Teams invite is sent to vh****@ambamascapital.com --> Teams invite is received. If the invite is sent to the other two email address g******@ambamascapital.com and o******@ambamascapital.com--> Teams invite is not received

    User's image

this is what I've always done when creating a Teams invite and the email address included has received the invite.

Yes, my domain is Ionos'. I dont use outlook. I use the Mail App of my Mac and the account is set as "Other Mail Account" where I enter all the IMAP info.

    Hi,

I am using the Microsoft Teams Free.

I don't get any error message. The invitation appear to send but they never receive it neither spam or junk.

Teams does not say anything if they are allowed to join.

Another important information, is that if I send the invitation to another account with the same email extension, it works fine.

    Thank you

    Hi Giuseppe Colombo

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand how frustrating it is when Teams invitations work with some accounts but not others. especially when it was working fine just a few weeks ago.

To let me help you more effectively, could you please kindly help me narrow down the issue:

    1. What type of Teams are you using?

    • Microsoft Teams Free (personal account - @outlook.com, @hotmail.com)
    • Teams for work/business (company/organization email)
    • Teams for education (school/university email)

    2. What happens for the two affected email accounts?

    For example:

    • Do you get any error message? (if yes, what does it say?)
    • Does the invitation appear to send but they never receive it even in Junk/Spam)?
    • Does Teams say they're not allowed to join?

Looking forward to your response so I can guide you further. Thank you for your understanding.
