    Hi @MJSchmalz,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Thank you for contacting us.

To better assist you, I would like to ask you for some additional information:

1/ Are you currently seeing any error codes or error messages? If yes, please share the error code or the exact error message with me.

2/ Are you currently using a Business account as the user profile on your laptop?

While waiting for your response, please try the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

Method 1: Clear the Microsoft Teams cache

Step 1: Fully close Microsoft Teams

Right-click the Teams icon in the system tray and select Quit

Step 2: Open the cache folder

Press Windows + R and paste the following path and press Enter:

    %LocalAppData%\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

    Step 3: Clear the cache

Delete all contents inside the MSTeams folder (Note: Please do not delete the Packages folder)

Step 4: Reopen Microsoft Teams and sign in again

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Teams
