- Add Sender/Domain to Safe Senders List
- Go to Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options > Safe Senders.
- Add the sender’s email address or domain.
- Ensures Outlook treats embedded content as trusted and renders images.
- Clear Outlook’s Temporary Internet Files Cache
- Close Outlook.
- Navigate to: C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook
- Delete all files inside this folder.
- Restart Outlook and re-open the email.
- Repair Office Installation
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Select Microsoft Office 2019 > Change > Quick Repair.
- If issue persists, run Online Repair.
- Registry Adjustment for Image Rendering
- Open Registry Editor (regedit).
- Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
- Create or modify a DWORD value:
- Send Pictures With Document = 1
- Restart Outlook.
- Check Add-ins Interference
- Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
- Disable non-Microsoft add-ins temporarily.
- Restart Outlook and test email rendering.
- Test in New Outlook Profile
- Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles.
- Create a new profile and configure the same account.
- Open the problematic email in the new profile to confirm if corruption in the old profile caused the issue.
