Could you please share a screenshot of your current Inbox view? Additionally, could you let me know how you would like the Inbox view to appear?
In addition, you may try the following options to help make the Inbox view display more clearly:
Option 1: Turn off the Reading Pane
Click View → Reading Pane → Off
Option 2: Reset the view to default
Click View → Reset View
