When I open Outlook it downloads emails from a specific date if i click on an email to open it I get "NOT RESPONDING" It has to shut down and i cant open it again because the OUTLOOK process is still running. If I end the process I can reopen it and it goes thru the same scenario again. It only happens on this one computer on all accunts on this computer. I have an office computer that has the same accounts on it and it runs fine so I don't think its a server issue. Any help appreciated.

Open the Settings App, go to Windows Updates - Update History, what is the KB number of the latest update installed, is it, KB5074109?

If that is the latest update installed, this is an ongoing problem with Outlook after the January KB5074109 Update, that update is affecting Outlook POP accounts, this is being reported by many people after that update.

If that is the latest update installed, Microsoft have released an out of band update (KB5078127) to resolve the problem.
