    Dear @Mihai Martis,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

Could you please provide more details so I can better understand your issue and offer more accurate guidance?

    • Do you have a Global Admin account provided when you purchased the subscription?
    • Have you previously signed in to the Admin Center?
    • Which account did you use to sign in to the Admin Center?
    • VLSC licenses usually come with a product key, do you have access to it?

Please note that your thread contained personal information (personal email address). I have removed it and securely stored it in a private message.

If you need to share any additional personal information, please send it through a private message rather than posting it in the public thread to avoid any security risks.

Here's how you can access your private messages:

    1. Go to a question you asked that has a private message.
    2. Open private messages modal – by clicking link in blue banner or private messages button. User's image
    3. Private messages modal opens
    4. Enter reply into rich-text editor.

To access your Microsoft Volume Licensing account, you should verify the following:

    1. Correct Email Address: Ensure that the email address you are using to sign in is the one associated with your Volume Licensing account. If you registered with a different email, you will need to use that one.
    2. VL Role Assignment: If you are unable to access the account, it might be due to not having the necessary permissions. Contact a VL Administrator in your organization to check your role and permissions.
    3. Account Registration: If you received an invitation to the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) before its retirement in April 2024 but did not register, that invitation is now invalid. You will need to ask a VL Administrator to add you as a VL user or contact the VL support team to create a new profile for you.
    4. Contact Support: If you still cannot access your account, consider submitting a case in the admin center under Help & Support or contact the volume licensing support team for assistance. You will need to provide your VL agreement number and other relevant information to verify your identity.

Make sure to follow these steps to regain access to your account.
